The Fairmont Dubai is a unique blend of contemporary design and urban chic.
The iconic building is in the business heart of Dubai. Our scope included the complete fit-out of the Spectrum on One restaurant and bar with over 300 covers. It included eight interactive open kitchens and was finished with clever use of teakwood, bamboo, the rare Dousi and natural stone.

The Summit Business Centre covering the entire 33rd floor, the Gulf Auditorium and lift lobbies were also fitted out using carefully selected Swiss pear combined with soft leathers and touches of bronze, which resulted in the completion of these areas to the highest of standards.
