Our initial appointment as Main Contractor was for the full refurbishment of rooms and corridors for this busy and popular Pullman Deira City Center Hotel.
The scope included demolition and builders works as well as full MEP services to suit the new design. Our own in-house glass, metal and gypsum divisions were utilized to assist with close coordination for the phased program hand back dates. Mid-way through execution we were subsequently awarded the entire public areas. By controlling the manufacture of all fitted and loose furniture within our own facilities, we were able to provide our client and consultants with an amazing new look.

The primary scope of our work covered all 317 guest rooms, including 15 deluxe rooms, 14 suites, the Presidential Suite, club lounge, corridors and lift lobbies, main entrance lobby, reception, business lounge, pastry shop, main staircase, restaurant and breakfast areas, sports bar and barber shop. We were also responsible for the back of house, management offices, kitchens, external facade and landscape works.
