The rooms are beautifully furnished with private balconies overlooking the sea, with each of the elegant rooms upgraded with new technology, and an entire make over with new MEP services, decorations, wallcoverings, curtains, and with new executive desking, minibar and hospitality units, headboards, bedside units, new architectural led and decorative lighting, and reupholstery of existing seating – all works carried out in our own factories. Existing Main Entrance doors were completely stripped back to original timber, and refinished using HVLP stain, and spray techniques within the factory, and specific fixed items of joinery such as wardrobe carcasses, and door frames were sprayed in situ on site saving considerable time and money.

New contemporary designed 80/20 carpets were supplied and fitted, and new soft furnishings supplied with splashes of vibrant purple to cushions and bedcoverings. Corridors were renovated with new stipple effect decorations, contemporary carpets, and luxurious window treatments. All works were completed in two phases, with each phase of x 147 rooms completed in only 4 months, over the Ramadan period, planned to coincide with the start of peak season, and maximum revenue stream for our client, one of the most successful operator’s in the Middle East.
